PREMISE

Reteantiviolenzamilano.it is a site designed and built by the Antiviolence Network of the Municipality of Milan, and is coordinated by the Social Policy Department of the Municipality of Milan.

The Municipality stipulates an agreement with the entities which are part of the Anti-Violence Network, within the framework of the Co-design of the project “Fight against maltreatment and gender-based violence”, years 2020-2021.

The Anti-Violence Network is composed of 13 entities, including the Association SVS Donna Aiuta Donna Onlus, which, within scope of the project is the managing entity of the website www.reteantiviolenzamilano.it.

With “Executive Decision of the Area of Rights, Inclusion and Projects No. 1307 of 20/02/2020” the stipulation of the agreements for the implementation of the project “Against ill-treatment and gender-based violence”, aimed at supporting actions to prevent and combat the phenomenon of gender based violence was approved, to be financed using municipal resources and resources provided by the Lombardy Region, through an agreement of cooperation pursuant to art. 15 of Law 241/1990 with:

Reteantiviolenzamilano.it is a site funded through the contribution of the bodies accredited by the Municipality of Milan for the provision of actions to prevent and combat the phenomenon of gender-based violence. The website Reteantiviolenzamilano.it can be used to consult, identify and learn about the activities and the services offered by the bodies accredited by the Municipality of Milan for the “Fight against maltreatment and gender violence”.

CO-OWNERS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT WITH THE MUNICIPALITY

The persons authorised to process the data are appointed by the individual co-owners.

AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE DATA

With the exception of what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data given in the contacts listed on the site to request the forwarding of communications or any documentation.

Failure to provide the data (e.g. personal data, e-mail address) necessary to provide the service may result in the impossibility of obtaining what is required.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Users, as data subjects (subjects to whom the data refer), can at any time exercise, by contacting the Owner, the rights listed in art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 below reported in full:

The interested party has the right to obtain:

the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the

law, including those that do not need to be preserved for the purposes for which the

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
